My goal is to provide a relaxing, one on one experience where quality and intention comes first. Every set is tailored to fit your lifestyle so your nails not only look good but wear beautifully. CANCELLATION POLICY
No-Shows, No-Calls & Same-Day Cancellations: Clients who fail to show up or cancel on the same day of their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals: I allow a 15 minute grace period for both the client and myself. I understand things happen, if you arrive 15 minutes later than your appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled at my discretion if it runs into my next appointment, a 60% late cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations & Reschedules: I require a minimum of a 48 hours noticed to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a 60% cancellation fee. Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable once completed. All cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable once processed. This is in place to respect my time and yours.
